Scope Growth & Budget Reserves - City Hall case study

City Commissioners are accountable to our customers (residents) and when they vote “yes” on agenda items, they are committing our city to certain things.  In this case study, my opponent committed Cocoa Beach to; City Hall scope growth, cost growth, and Budget Reserves reduction.

Step 1. City Hall scope growth - 5 Jan, 2023
